In line with the program of Fiesta Brands Inc. to diversify its product lines, the company created new variants of desiccated coconut extending the applications to a wide array of confectionery and baking products.

Fiesta Sweetened Coconut This is desiccated coconut in sweetened form which is deliciously moist. Types of cuts that are normally sweetened are special cuts such as as flakes and fancy shred. This is used for confectionery items and baking ingredients (as decorative cake toppping). Fiesta Toasted Unsweetened Thick Chip This is the toasted version of the unsweetened thick chip coconut. Just like plain Thick Chip Coconut, toasted unsweetened thick chips are used in trail and breakfast cereal mixes, where a distinct flavor and a crunchy mouthfeel are desired. Fiesta Thick Chip Coconut This is used in trail mixes and as distinct ingredient in breakfast cereal mixes.
